The deadline for awaiting pre-registration forms has been set on June 1, 2002.

Pre-registrations can be sent in

  • (preferably) by means of the Pre-registration Form below;
  • by e-mail, either as the body text of the e-mail message itself, or as a text document attached to it. Attached documents must be either in Word for Windows format (or in a format easily compatible with it) or in plain ASCII-text;
